Build Up 2.0 project is yet another edition that was extremely popular among the University of Lodz employees. It was focused again on a comprehensive approach to strengthening the UL's institutional capacity at three levels: academic, administrative, and student. In order to equip the personnel with competencies which are of key importance for their development, we organised specialised training courses supporting activities in the field of internationalisation, such as design thinking, analytical thinking, diplomatic protocol, event management, specialised graphic training and stress management. As part of Build Up 2.0 project in total almost 120 persons have been trained.
We closed the project with a campaign aiming at promoting attitudes of openness and tolerance, not only among members of the University of Lodz community, but also throughout the city and on the Internet. Posters, citylights and billboards of the campaign entitled University stands for diversity could be seen in various parts of Lodz. We constantly want to promote openness to diversity as a necessary condition for the development of the internationalisation of universities.
We are similar to one another despite differences – that’s a motto we truly believe in. We would like to thank all employees of the University of Lodz for their commitment on the path of our common development.
