Przemysław Piotr Damski is an educator by passion and an advocate of descriptive assessments. His academic work focuses on the Arctic, emotions in international relations, and the history of international relations. He works as an assistant professor at the Department of Theory and History of International Relations at the University of Łódź. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. Recently, he has been engrossed in Brandon Sanderson's *The Stormlight Archive* and listens to progressive rock. To the surprise of his family, he reads philosophy of science before bed.
