October 23, 2024 Sally Grainger and Dr. Maciej Helbig conducted reconstruction workshop on ancient cuisine.
Participants listened to a short talk on the importance of silphium in Roman ars coquinaria and had a unique opportunity to taste various sauces and dishes flavoured with different kinds of silphium.
