Entomolodzy UŁ w ministerialnej grupie eksperckiej

Entomologists from the University of Lodz – Dr Radomir Jaskuła and Dr Robert Sobczyk from the Department of Invertebrate Zoology and Hydrobiology at the Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection participated in the working meeting of the Pollinator Group as part of the "Partnership: Environment for Development" project, which was held at the Ministry of Climate and Environment in Warsaw.

Entomologists at the Ministry of Climate and Environment

The tasks of the Pollinator Group include work on the creation of the "National Pollinator Strategy", including planning activities and education for the protection of wild species of these extremely ecologically and economically important insects.

The guidelines and recommendations prepared by the team are to be an integral part of the European Union's activities aimed at protecting and monitoring this group of insects. The project "Partnership: Environment for Development" is co-financed from EU funds and is related to the implementation of the Green Deal in our country.
