Polish local government official. Graduated in administration from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz.
In the local elections in 2006, he was elected as a councillor in the Łódź City Council from the Civic Platform list. After Włodzimierz Fisiak became Marshal of the Łódź Voivodeship, he was appointed Secretary of the Łódź Voivodeship.
In 2011 he was appointed as President of the Board of the Łódź Special Economic Zone, which he held until 5 April 2016. Until January 2019 he was a President of the Board of the Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Gminy Konstantynów Sp. z o.o. In May 2024, he again took up the position of President of the Board of the ŁSSE.
