Currently, the aim of the Civil Law Codification Commission is to prepare assumptions and general directions of changes in civil and private economic law and to develop draft normative acts of fundamental importance for the civil and private economic law system, taking into account the tasks resulting from the need to harmonise Polish law with European law.

Being appointed to the Civil Law Codification Commission is a great honour for me. After an 8-year break caused by the dissolution of the Commission in 2015, we have a lot of work ahead of us. We are ready to reshape the Polish legal system
