Prof. Miltenov was an employee of the Bulgarian Language History Section of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. He had wide scientific interests in the field of paleo-slavic studies, rich research experience and numerous publications.
He will be remembered as a solid scholar and a kind-hearted colleague. Honor his memory!
