The analysis focuses on globalization, the crisis of the neoliberal model of development, fighting poverty in the world, integration processes, the role of the European Union, the Middle and Far East, the spectacular development of China, the poverty of Africa and the stagnation in Latin America.
The book also refers to the core values, which are important to students and professionals who believe in in the superiority of democracy over authoritarianism and populism, freedom of expression over censorship, the right to choose the sovereign over the rule of enlightened dictators, rights of minorities over terror of the majority.
