The course takes place online on Teams from 31 July to 20 August 2023.

Candidates for the course must meet the following requirements:
- have the status of a student or academic teacher at a foreign university;
- do not study, work or live in Poland;
- Polish is not their first language;
- they know Polish or English at least at B1 level;
- are foreigners or have dual citizenship (Polish and citizenship of another country).
Course participants are obligated to:
- systematic and active participation in classes and additional events conducted as part of the course;
- obtaining at least 75% attendance at obligatory classes;
- participation in evaluation activities during the course and after its completion, including filling out an on-line survey;
- participation in evaluation studies conducted by the Ministry of Education and Science on the terms specified by the Ministry of Education and Science;
- having appropriate hardware and an internet connection enabling a good quality connection (including video transmission) and access to a quiet room - so that all participants of the classes have appropriate conditions for learning;
- cooperation with the course organizer and lecturers conducting the classes in order to achieve the best possible results of the course.
What is worth knowing?
- the course is free of charge;
- classes are held at all levels (from A1 to C2);
- the level test will determine which group you should join;
- classes are conducted by experienced academic teachers;
- the course includes 45 hours of Polish language lessons, 30 hours of workshop and culture classes, 6 hours virtual tours around Lodz;
- at the end of the course all participants will receive a certificate of completion.

- cultural and anthropological classes about Polish traditions;
- meetings presenting the opportunities of studying in Poland;
