Graduated in Foreign Trade from the University of Lodz and completed doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management.
He started his work in the Treasury Department of PBG Bank S.A. He co-created and implemented investment projects for the Central Poland Fund and the Stabilisation - Restructuring - Privatisation programme, working in the Management Group ŁÓDŹ – an investment company of PBG Bank S.A. From 1999 to 2001, he was responsible for capital investments and liquidity management at Próchnik Group S.A., and then was a Director of Strategy and Development, proxy at ZWOLTEX S.A.
Since 2001, he has co-founded AVALLON, a private equity fund manager specialising in management buyouts, and, since 2018, LONG TERM MANAGEMENT, a family office fund management.
