Katarzyna Leszczyńska-Bohdan

Executive & Business Coach, mentor, and organizational psychologist.

She works with founders and leaders to ensure they perform effectively, regardless of changing business conditions, project complexity, or intense emotions, equipping them with tools to work calmly and on their own terms. She also coaches teams to enhance efficiency and build better communication.

For 15 years, she has gained experience in areas such as creating and coordinating team work, managing budgets and change, designing startup MVPs, building and implementing business communication strategies, and development programs. However, her primary focus has always been on working with people, and since 2015, she has concentrated on those in the IT and startup sectors.

As part of SoDA – Software Development Association Poland, together with Diversity Hub, she conducted the study “Diversity Management in IT.”

She has been featured in the Strong Women in IT - Global Edition report (2018-2023). She is also a lecturer in ITBM at AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and at the Leadership School of the Freedom Institute. She frequently speaks at business and technology conferences. Personally, she is a fan of wild strawberries and leisurely motorcycle rides.
