On November 9-10, 2023, Dr. Przemysław Ciborek participated in the third edition of the Dialogues on China conference, organized by the Institute of International Politics and Economics at the University of Belgrade. The main topic was security issues in the context of the PRC's global initiatives (New Chinese Initiatives for a Changing Global Security). The event was attended by, among others: Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, Ms. Irena Šarac, and the ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Serbia, HE Li Ming.
