Prof. Mierzejewski participated in the debate "Educational Cooperation with China: What's in it for the V4?" organized by Young China Watchers. Together with Dr. Tomas Matura and Andrea Braun Střelcova, they presented the state of educational cooperation with China. In response to questions, Michael Yip, Head of CAA UL, presented the elements of cooperation between the University of Lodz and Chinese partners, including the Understanding Poland summer school organized by CAA UL and the 2+2 with Zhengzhou University in the field of economics.
