About the Blended Intensive Programme
The programme involves a virtual (online) component running from 24 February to 28 March 2025 and physical mobility, i.e. a trip to Crete, where full-time classes will be held, addressing the theme ‘Commons Past and Present’, in an economic, political and historical context:
- Online classes, will start in February 2025.
- 7-11.04.2025 r. - Erasmus+ funded trip to Crete,
- Language of instruction: English,
- 3 ECTS credits to be accounted for in elective courses,
- 5 places for WES students (priority is given to students who have not participated in the BIP).
Recruitment
Recruitment for the Blended Intensive Programme entitled. ‘Commons Past and Present’ takes place at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology from 17 January 2025. Students are qualified on the basis of documents: CV and cover letter in English. Printed documents should be delivered to room C-16 (CRW) by 23 January 2025 (Thursday) at 15.00 to Ms Marta Piestrzyńska.
The criteria that will be taken into account for the qualification of candidates are:
- the average of the course of study (for 2nd and 3rd year undergraduate students and 2nd year undergraduate students)
- knowledge of a foreign language that allows free participation in classes at a foreign university, preferably confirmed by a certificate (English (minimum B2),
- possible special contribution to the Faculty or exceptional motivation to participate in the BIP programme ‘Commons Past and Present’.
