Alena Epifanova discussed geopolitical risks and the role of satellite networks in security strategies. Dan York examined technical aspects of satellite infrastructure and its role in maintaining access to information. Participants raised concerns about the intersection of civilian and military communications and the risks this poses to humanitarian efforts.
